Note: To create an account, you must be at least 18 years of age.
To create a user account:
1. Go to Sign Up
2. Fill out your Sign up info
4. Click the Sign Up button to create your account
5. After signing up, go to your email and you should have a message from Ziggyfetch. Click on Confirm Email to complete your account.
Note: To open a store, you must be at least 18 years of age.
To open a store:
1. Go to Open Store
2. Click on Open your Ziggyfetch Store
3. Set Basic info:
●Select Account Type (Only set type to Company if you are a business entity)
4. Set Store Location
● Check on “Display address to public” if you are comfortable allowing people know where your store location is.
5. Set Biography
6. Add a store Logo (This is optional, but recommended)
7. Add store Photos (This is optional, but recommended)
8. Set Store Verification & Payout prefs
● Upload Verification Documents (This is optional, but recommended if you have any permits which can help sellers trust your store)
● Payout Preferences (when you are ready to get paid you will need to add your banking info)
9. If Store Summary looks accurate click Publish and confirm.

Note: Any communication between the Buyer and the Seller has to be through Ziggyfetch's messaging system. Should there be any problem, it will help us track down any issue.
Cancelling order as a Buyer:
Note: You can cancel an order by contacting your seller. Requesting to cancel does not automatically cancel your order.
1. Go to My Orders
2. Find the order you would like to cancel and click Request Cancellation
3. Confirm the Request Cancellation
Cancelling order as a Seller:
1. Go to Orders
2. Find the order you would like to cancel and click Cancel
3. Confirm the Cancel customer order
