If you're moving to Ziggyfetch from Walmart, you can import Walmart products to your Ziggyfetch store. This guide covers importing products from Walmart.
Before you begin
Note: No manually created .csv files. Manually created .csv files won't import correctly. To successfully import products from Walmart, follow the steps below using an Walmart export file. You can also use our Bulk product import .csv template to import products.
Note: Download your catalog. Your file may take a while to download due to the number of items you are selling. A .zip file will be saved to your computer when the file has finished downloading. The file name will start with "ItemReport".
Partner ID: An identifier Walmart uses internally for Sellers, often to assist Solution Providers.
SKU: The SKU you provided for this item.
Product Name: The name you have provided for your item.
Product Category: A general bucket that your item would fall into, which will soon be replaced with the categories you used when uploading your items.
Price: The price you are currently charging for this item.
Currency: The total item sales this year for that particular SKU for the selected date range.
Buy Box Item Price: The item price of the winning Buy Box listing for this item at the time the report was generated.
Buy Box Shipping Price: The shipping price of the winning Buy Box listing for this item at the time the report was generated.
Publish Status Whether the item is currently live on Walmart.com.
Status Change: The reason why your status has changed from Published to Unpublished.
Lifecycle Status: Indicates whether your item is Retired or Active.
Inventory Count: This is the number of items available to customers.
Ship Method: A list of all the shipping methods you offer for this item.
WPID: The Walmart Product ID, which is used internally to track items.
Item ID: An ID used internally to track items. This ID can be found at the end of the Item Page URL for that item.
GTIN: The Global Trade Item Number associated with this item.
UPC: The Universal Product Code associated with this item.
Primary Image URL: The URL for the item's Main Image.
Shelf Name: The final shelf where your item lives on Walmart.com.
Primary Cat Path: The navigation path a customer would follow to find your item on Walmart.com by browsing, which ends in the shelf name.
Offer Start: The date when this item became available to sell.
Offer End: The date when this item is scheduled to be taken off.
Step 2 - Add additional required/Optional columns to .csv file.
To add these columns, open the exported .csv file in a spreadsheet editor, like Google Sheets, Numbers or Microsoft Excel.
Category Id: (required) Category to which product belongs to.
Sub Category Id: (required) Sub Category to which product belongs to.
Animal Type Id: (Optional) Animal type the product is for.
Free: (Optional) If this product is free, enter TRUE.
Free Shipping: (Optional) If you providing free shipping for this product, enter TRUE. If shipping is free the product has free shipping is TRUE, the product will display as free shipping. Leave the field blank if you not providing free shipping.
Shipping Price: (Optional) Shipping price for the product. The shipping price field only supports two decimal places, so round values to the nearest hundredth. Example: enter 10.513 as 10.51
Free Delivery: (Optional) If you providing free delivery for this product, enter TRUE. If delivery is free the product is TRUE, the product will display as free delivery. Leave the field blank if you not providing free delivery.
Delivery Price: (Optional) The price for delivering the product to the customer. The shipping price field only supports two decimal places, so round values to the nearest hundredth. Example: enter 10.513 as 10.51
Delivery Radius: (Optional) Delivery radius in Miles. The delivery radius field only supports two decimal places, so round values to the nearest hundredth. Example: enter 10.513 as 10.51
Note: The following columns are required for products to be published. See list of product categories and subcategories. Find category and sub category the product belongs to. If you dont find the Category and Sub category just enter the Category Id for Other and Sub Category Id for Other.
Note: You can also specify Animal type for products. See list of Animal Types. Find and enter Animal Type Id that fits your product. If you can't find Animal Type you looking for, just leave the column blank.
Example: If you selling Cat costumes find Cat animal type id and enter it in this column.
Accept Recurring Orders
If you want to accept recurring orders for this product, enter TRUE . This allows customers to subscribe to this product.
Leave the field blank if you don't want to accept recurring orders for this product.
Subscription Frequency Ids
Optional( required if Accept Recurring Orders is TRUE )
If you are accepting recurring orders for this product, enter subscription frequencies. See a list of Subscription Frequencies. This allows customers to select how frequency they want the subscription to be processed.
Leave the field blank if you are not accepting recurring orders for this product.
Note: If you have more than one subscription frequency Ids for your product, separate ids with commas. See example below.
Example: enter Ids in this format: SF73B81D2C,SFEB156C65,SF74488007, SFCF410539

Step 3 - Import your products
In the Store Menu, click View Store Listings.
Click Add new listing.
Click Import from Walmart.
Select the .csv file you downloaded from Walmart in Step 1.
